"Sale wasn't as good as I hoped"
I ordered a couple of things from Blue Illusion during one of their promos because I thought I’d found a decent bargain. The discount was nice, but it still felt a bit expensive for what I ended up getting. Delivery was fine and nothing went wrong there, but I’d kind of planned my little wardrobe refresh around the sale and it ended up feeling like a letdown. Not exactly the bargain haul I had in mind, so that ruined my plans a bit. I might shop there again, but only if the markdowns are much better next time.

"Easy to Track"
I liked that I knew exactly when it arrived. Compared to some other orders I’ve had where I’m left guessing or checking constantly, this was much easier and gave me peace of mind
"Nice products, but the delivery fee felt misleading"
The stuff itself was nice and I don’t really have any complaints about the quality. But the wording around the delivery fee felt a bit misleading, like it wasn’t clear until later how much I’d actually be paying. The fee ended up feeling way too high, which kind of took away from the overall experience.

"Nice clothes, but the vibe felt a little too stiff for me"
I popped into Blue Illusion thinking it would have that relaxed, easygoing boutique feeling where you can just wander around, have a proper look, and take your time. The clothes were definitely presented nicely and everything looked tidy and well arranged, so no complaints there. But the overall atmosphere felt a bit too quiet and formal for my liking, almost like I needed to be really careful about touching things or browsing too much. The staff were polite enough and not rude at all, but they didn’t come across as especially warm or welcoming either. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not the kind of comfortable shopping environment I was hoping for, so I ended up leaving much sooner than I expected.

"Sizing is Actually Consistent, Thankfully"
I’ve ordered from Blue Illusion a few times now, and surprisingly, the sizing has been consistent. I usually go with the same size in tops and pants, and they fit the way I expect, which shouldn’t feel like such a rare luxury when shopping online, but here we are. It definitely makes ordering less stressful, especially when I’m not in the mood to deal with returns. Nothing groundbreaking to report, just nice that the size guide actually seems to match the clothes for once...

"Easy checkout with no hassle"
I ordered from Blue Illusion and the payment process was straightforward. There were a few payment options, so I just picked the one that made the most sense for me. The checkout didn’t freeze or make me start over, which you’d think should be standard, but it’s not always the case. Overall, it was smooth and easy, and I was happy with the experience.

"Really Not Worth the Money"
I was disappointed with this. For the price, I expected way better, but it just didn’t feel worth it at all.

I just wanted to exchange my item but the whole process ended up being way more frustrating than it should have been. It took too long and the steps were not very clear so I had to keep checking what to do next. Definitely not the smooth experience I was hoping for

"Super easy checkout!!!"
The checkout was quick and really easy!!! I found what I needed, picked my size, and paid without any weird errors or anything getting stuck!!! The confirmation email showed up pretty much right away too!!! No drama at all, which is exactly what I wanted!!!

Really happy with my order. The colour was pretty much exactly like it looked online, which doesn’t always happen. It made it so easy, really easy, to match with things I already had at home.

"Nice little perk once the points add up"
I’ve been liking the loyalty points more than I expected, honestly. They don’t seem like a huge deal at first, but after a few orders they actually start to add up, and I got a small discount on my last purchase, which was a nice surprise. I do wish the reward emails were a little clearer because sometimes I’m not totally sure what I’ve earned or how it works, but overall I’m happy with it and it’s a nice reason to keep ordering

"Pretty Designs, With a Tiny Time-Travel Moment"
I’ll admit, some of the designs are really and definitely caught my eye. But every now and then, a few of them feel a little dated, like they wandered in from another era with dramatic flair. Not bad overall, just a bit hit-or-miss depending on the style.

"Easy to Find My Size"
I was happy with this shopping experience. I found my size in a few pieces I actually liked, that almost never happens when I’m shopping online. The size options were simple to check, and it didn’t feel like everything good was already sold out. I ordered my usual size and it fit well enough, so overall I’d say it was a nice and easy order.

"Looks nice, but didn’t really hold up"
I mean, I really liked how it looked online, but once it arrived the fabric felt a lot thinner than I expected. The stitching was, like, a little messy too. After washing it once, it just didn’t fit or sit the same anymore. It’s not awful or anything, but for the price, it just wasn’t really worth it for me.

"Clothes were fine, but the delivery issue was frustrating"
The packaging was okay overall, but the box showed up a bit crushed, which was annoying. Thankfully the clothes inside were fine, but I expected a little more care. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for the condition of the package, the store, the warehouse, or the delivery company. Everyone kind of seems to pass the blame around, and as the customer you’re just left wondering who actually owns the issue...

I ordered from Blue Illusion and, to be fair, the clothes did arrive in good condition. The parcel was packed properly and nothing was damaged, so I don’t have any complaints about the items themselves.
That said, the delivery took longer than I expected and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which was frustrating. If there are delays, I think the company needs to take more responsibility and keep customers properly informed instead of leaving them guessing. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been handled better.
